TRX-Pilates Combo

TRX-Pilates Combo classes use a combination of TRX suspension equipment, Pilates Reformers, Pilates mats and sometimes other Pilates equipment. The classes are generally formatted in a 20/20/20 minute structure.

During the first twenty minutes of the class, training will usually be conducted in the standing position using the TRX equipment. TRX leverages gravity and your own body weight to build strength, endurance and balance, while activating the core at all times and helping to dramatically improve posture.

The second twenty minutes of the class will usually be conducted on the Pilates reformer equipment.

The third twenty minutes of the class will most often be conducted on the mat using the TRX or perhaps some of the other Pilates equipment such as The Magic Circle, Pilates Ball or foam rollers. Results can be amazing and fast!

Space is limited, so please contact us for availability. If it's your first time to attend one of our TRX-Pilates Combo classes, please arrive about 15 minutes early to allow for a little orientation.
