Power Flow

This is a fun, revved-up and vigorous version of our Flow class.  Also known as Vinyasa Yoga, flow classes, in general, focus on linking breath with yoga pose movement to create an energetic and invigorating full body practice and to help develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental awareness and relaxation. This class will often include arm balances, inversions and other challenging elements to help deepen your flow practice. This class is suitable for all levels.
