Beginning October 2nd

A Flow class is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Also known as VinyasaCaroline Rosenbaum Yoga, this flowing style of yoga focuses on linking breath with yoga pose movement to create an energetic and invigorating full body practice and to help develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental awareness and relaxation. To help challenge and build your practice, this class may introduce you to arm balances and inversions, which you can explore if you like. This class is suitable for all levels!
