Peace. Love. Light. Namaste.

Kristin Davidson

Practicing yoga since 2002, undergoing teacher training in Hatha Yoga in 2013, and teaching as a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance since 2014, Kristin has been guided by teachers including Mary Bastein, Jennifer Reuter, Monica Ross and Penny Gregorio. In November 2013, she received her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certificate from Open Space Yoga Hawaii. Recently, Kristin completed a 30-hour training on yoga philosophy through Yoga Revolutionaries and the Teacher Training program through the Lineage Project in NYC. You can expect the unexpected in Kristin’s classes which are both challenging and light-hearted. She aids her students to see the deeper connection between the physical practice and the true practice of yoga – that which occurs off the mat. She deeply cares about the well-being and health of her students which motivates her to continue her yogic education.

When she’s not teaching yoga, you can usually find Kristin spending time with the loves of her life, her husband and three dogs. Kristin loves CrossFit, lifting weights and is passionate about helping others. Kristin also teaches yoga classes for youth at Williamson County Juvenile Services in Georgetown, and credits the kids at WCJS for teaching her to be present, vulnerable and to find humor in all situations.
