This flowing style of yoga focuses on linking breath with yoga pose movement to create an energetic and invigorating full body practice and to help develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental awareness and relaxation. As compared to our Power Flow classes, the Flow classes are a slower moving form of Vinyasa Yoga. This class is structured to be a beginner-to-intermediate level class, but is suitable for all levels, and it's great as a next-step-up after our Beginner Workshop. To help challenge and build your practice, this class may introduce you to arm balances and inversions, which you can explore if you like.
