Classes for Beginners


What classes do you offer for beginners?


At the studio, we offer yoga and Pilates classes for all experience levels.  For beginners, on the yoga side, we offer an 8-week Beginner Yoga Workshop which teaches you yoga from the ground up; on the Pilates side, we offer monthly Beginner Pilates Reformer Workshops which teach you about Pilates on the reformer, which is the main piece of Pilates equipment.

Our Gentle Hatha yoga classes are also great for beginners, as are our Pilates Mat and Pilates Barre classes.

No prior experience is needed for any of these workshops or classes.
