Cathy Spell

Cathy obtained her MA from the University of Texas at Austin and her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. Cathy’s Pilates training began with Body Arts and Science International Pilates Education in Denver, Colorado. She continued her professional training at Moksha Yoga and Pilates in our Balanced Body teacher training program. She completed the Balanced Body Reformer 1, 2 and 3 training modules. She is also a certified Balanced Body Barre instructor and is certified to teach TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) through TRX Trainer Basics Module.  For the past seven years, she has been teaching at The Hills Fitness Center in Westlake Hills, Texas. The classes she will be offering at Moksha Yoga and Pilates were among the most popular classes to be offered at The Hills. Cathy will be offering a number of group classes.  She will also be available for private sessions.
