Bonnie Volkert

Bonnie has been teaching yoga since 2014. She obtained her 200 hour training with YogaFit and is currently working on her 300 hour yoga and Ayurveda training with Om Yoga Journey. Bonnie is also a registered nurse who is passionate about health promotion as a way to help people develop healthy lifestyle habits. She has helped many people reach their fitness goals by teaching individualized programs of combined nutrition and exercise that promote weight loss and improve overall health. As a yoga instructor, she strives to provide creative sequencing, a playful attitude, and inspiration to deepen your yoga practice and provide a safe space to maintain your wellness.  Bonnie has brought her passion to Moksha Yoga and Pilates as both a yoga instructor and Ayurveda lifestyle coach.
