Barre Combo

Barre Combo is our take on Pilates Barre, a newer and very popular form of Pilates. Pilates Barre has its foundation in the fusion of traditional ballet and Pilates. These group classes use barre techniques, coupled with cardio dance and Pilates methodology. Based around a long, horizontal barre, as seen in ballet studios, and incorporating other Pilates methodology as well, our Barre Combo classes help develop strength, muscle tone, flexibility, balance, posture, alignment and greater overall body awareness. This 55-minute class is fun, energizing and set to music. No advance reservation is necessary for this class. Dance, Groove and Get Fit!
