Beginner Yoga Workshop

One class/week for 8 consecutive weeks.

One of our more popular offerings, this 8-week workshop focuses on creating a great basic understanding of yoga and yoga poses and helps to build a foundation and base of knowledge for the start of your yoga journey. No previous yoga experience is required or expected. Pre-registration is required for this workshop.
