Caroline is a certified teacher of Dharma Yoga and a personal trainer.  For the last eight years, yoga has had a positive impact on her life as a runner, a gardener, a wife, and a mom.  Caroline's Flow classes blend vinyasa flow with restorative poses, meditation and playful introspection.  Plan to get sweaty and have lots of fun along the way.

Kalena Powell

 

Kalena has been teaching yoga since 2010 and received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga certification at Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas. She has taught at several studios in the Austin area and enjoys offering a heart-centered practice that inspires the beauty in both body and spirit. Kalena lives in Georgetown with her family, works full time at the Georgetown Public Library and has recently returned to school to pursue a Liberal Arts degree.
